  Very professional - quick signing in - quick check out - even though my stay was cut short I still had a very good experience - it was comfortable and clean. I would definitely be using you in future. Breakfast bar was very welcoming and plenty of choice. Thank you all for making my stay memorable.

  Lack of eating facility - to be told that I could order food from nearby restaurant was not what I expected from this hotel. Like many I like to see before I choose to eat and I had to go without on the evening of my stay. Also I am very particular about hygiene and unless I can see how it looks before I eat then I won'T. Even if it is a cafeteria with a smal selection of food that would be ok.

  The hotel was the usual high standard expected from Hampton, the staff were most helpful in printing driving routes and advising where to eat.The Fairfield hotel next door was very good for meals and quite reasonable.

  The only negative was the pool was very cold a comment made by other guests who made to venture into it.

  It was comfortable, clean and very quiet. My husband and I had a very busy weekend and it was wonderful to crawl into a clean, comfy bed. The hotel was also very quiet which made for a relaxing stay:)

  Breakfast could have been available earlier ... say, 6:00am instead of quarter after ... had problem getting shuttle from airport ... no problem with the am shuttle, however

  My wife and I do not require a lot of guest services but everything we needed was provided with a sincere courtesy. The reception and staff were very friendly and mannerly. The breakfast was also an excellent service with good selection and a relaxed atmosphere.

  Airport hotel. Excellent value for money, best "free" (ie included in the price) breakfast in our 5 week stay in Canada. Tea and coffee available all day and night in lounge as well as room. Very helpful staff. Used shuttle throughout stay to go back to airport to get into the city on their express route. Really good air-conditioning.

  This hotel did not have a restaurant but used the one in an adjacent hotel so that wasn't a problem.

  Shuttle 24 hours. this was great because our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2AM

  Heating system has a fan, which is noisy. Since it was October we could turn it off from 2am until we woke up and heat up after our waking.

  Had a wonderful stay--rooms were very clean, spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Was very pleased and will definitely "spread the word". We originally chose the hotel because it was close to the airport and got an exceptionally good rate, but liked the hotel so much we returned to stay at the hotel's regular rate the night before we left Toronto.

  Clean, comfortable furnishings. Well designed and spacious breakfast area. Extensive breakfast selection. Perfect location. Very courteous personnel - especially the shuttle driver.

  Poor quality tv. Remote control designed to guide you to pay selections, not free tv choices.

  we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Every other hotel shuttle came through the airport twice before ours. We had to phone 3 times to see when the shuttle would come.

  Elevators took a very long time to arrive. Also the free hot breakfast was good but we had to take our plates up to our room because there was no room to sit in the restaurant. 7:30-8:00 extremely busy time in there...

  Two machines in fitness were not in order.But others were ok.
